(More customer reviews)I recently purchased these shoes for my wedding.As you can see in the picture they look like a light silver color.When I got the shoes they were a dark silver which does not match my dress. I contacted the company immediately and they will not take them back even though I havne't even taken them out of the box.The picture of the product is very misleading and falsly advertises these shoes.The company offered NO help whatsoever.I recommend NOT buying anything from Featherlite shoes because they obviously do not care about customer service or correctly advertising their product.

(More customer reviews)My husband was very sweet to order these shoes as a gift for me.The first pair had to go back.The size chart was not acurate and my toe hung out of the shoes.He had to pay the shipping twice for shoes that did not fit.He re ordered in the next size and of course had to pay another $7.00 or so for shipping.This is now up to about $21.00 for shipping.The second pair that arrived fit better in the length but one shoe is wider than than the other.If I had tried these shoes on in a store I would not have bought them.I beleived from the description that the shoes would be patten leather.They are not.They are a very thin material on the flimsy side with no shine. Also the straps were so long that I had to cut off about 3 inches from each. I don't know how this pair of shoes passed any inspection butI will not let him pay yet another $7.00 in shipping to return them and I will discourage him fromordering anything else along these lines again.
