(More customer reviews)I purchased a US size 12 for my wife, and she looks fantastic in them.I recommend these shoes, and believe they are most definitely a good value.The only reason I can't give them five stars is that there are a few other pairs of high heels that my wife looks better in.

The shoes are black throughout and all over, with really no variation in hue.The straps are all patent on the outside with a matte-like patent on the inside, slightly more dull, but also softer and more pliable.I wouldn't necessarily call this a lining, but it's pretty close.

All straps measure 3/8" wide, with the rear heel strap just slightly wider, just a hair under 1/2" wide.The t-strap has an open loop at the top and bottom, and is not tacked or otherwise fastened to either the upper strap or the lower straps.The loops are sewn, not glued or hot-welded.Both loops are free to move, and must be straightened if you're going to get your truly vertical t-strap (to match the seams in your stockings, of course).

There is a single small, silver metal buckle, slightly oval in shape, on the outside of the ankle.There are five punched eyelets, which have no grommets.The buckle is fastened to the ankle strap with a loop of elastic to allow a small amount of play in the closed ankle strap assembly.

The inside sole is padded nicely, and is also a matte black.It is slightly non-scuff, and my wife says her feet stayed in the shoes very well and didn't move around.

The lower and heel are single-piece, solid molded plastic, very sturdy.The tip of the heel is hard plastic.The sole of the shoe is an impressively thick and substantial rubber sole.The platform averages about 3/8" from the toe to the instep.

Overall, this is a nice shoe, an undeniably sexy high heel in a traditional strappy t-strap, and it's a good value.
