I was on a tennis shoe kick amd wore tennis shoes for about three months and noticed that my knee joints started bothering me. One day I threw my creepers on and I noticed the difference in my joints almost immediately. I ordered 3 pairs and I love them. The key with this product is sizing. Because the style is unisex, you really need to verify whether the product was manufactured in womens or mens sizes. I wear a womens US 9.5, so I ordered a womens 10 in creeper shoes manufactured in womens sizes and a mens 8 in creeper shoes manufactured in mens sizes. I ordered a size 10 in this specific product and they fit perfectly.
p.s. I ordered from Exotic High Heels and I found they have the best selection and they were a pleasure to deal with.
