(More customer reviews)The leather quality is good. As you can see in the picture, the heel should be solid. It actually is not. After I wore these shoes for the second time is got too bad and had to be repaired. The neck of the shoe (where the lock thing is) is very harsh of the foot and rubs the area near ankle even after you wear it several times. The locking thingy itself is unreliable and broke on the second occasion of wearing these shoes.
