(More customer reviews)... then I wouldn't give these shoes a low rating, because it was my gamble to order a size 9 instead of a 9 1/2. However, size wasn't the only problem.

Pros:
--the shoes are designed for dancing, so they should be more comfortable than average dress shoes.
--Plus, they look cool and are made of real leather.

Cons:
--They were too small with a pair of dress socks. Contrary to their advice, I would recommend that you get a half size larger (rather than your usual size).
--The shoes had creases in them, as though they had been worn before.
--The right shoe had what looked and felt like a patch of white-out 1/4 inch across.
--When I put both shoes on, the left shoe was noticeably larger than the right shoe. Perhaps from being tried on multiple times previously?
--Aris Allen gives a full refund, but not for shipping.

In sum: I ordered what looked like a good pair of shoes for my wedding. However, they didn't fit, and so I will be paying shipping and handling both ways for my sizing mistake. To eliminate this risk, I'd recommend going to [...], where you can return shoes in new condition within 365 days, free shipping both ways.

In addition--what lowers my rating--is that the shoes themselves were slightly different sizes, weren't in peak condition, and even had noticeable blemishes.
My [...] experience has been much better (The Stacy Adams "Kingsman" shoes that I found on Zappos were a comparable price and in better condition, albeit not specifically designed for dance.) ~Judah
