(More customer reviews)My 17 year old is in a production at school for Singing in the Rain. Bought the shoes and after one week, the toe tap fell off and I contacted the vendor to see if I could exchange them for a new pair. They informed me I would have to have the original box and invoice (threw these away) and then it could take a few weeks for the transaction to be completed. Needless to say, I can't return/exchange. My advise is to keep the box and all paperwork for a few weeks to ensure you can return if needed.
