(More customer reviews)Ok, after reading about Capezio sizes and after a call to Second Skin Store for sizing, I ordered a size 8 1/2. The insole measures 10" and I figured they would fit well. Wrong! They are narrower than regular sneakers.I take Zumba and have a lot of other classmates looking for a dance sneaker. We all wear them with white gym socks. D, who wears a size 7 always, bought the 8 1/2. G, who wears a size 7 1/2 to 8 (but prefers narrow in the 8), fit into the size 9. I wear an 8 street shoe and fit into the 9 1/2. So I guess a size and a half up is what's working for us.The arch in the center of the shoe is high and so it feels a little strange. I wore them for class last night and they were great. I might put a small heel pad into the shoe if I don't get accustomed to the arch. Swiveling and turning were a breeze. This sizing is the same for the Rock-It. Hope this helps!
