(More customer reviews)Buy a 1/2 size down from your street size. Some vendors say to buy 1.5 sizes down-- that doesn't work for this model. I love the pale pink color but unless you are a bunhead, you might like the tan better. I also have two more pairs of black.I love this and wear it to Balboa class when I don't feel like wearing something too high in the heel. There is no break-in period and I've tried other brands of this style (Sansha, Capezio) and have not found them remotely as comfortable as these. I wish the toe box would start off more round or square or more like the human foot. That's my only wish but they stretch and do shape to your foot quite quickly. I also like the elastic connection on the underside, though some non-dancers find it weird to see so much foot. As a dancer, I like the ability to point in a shoe with a heel (rare!). I LOVE THESE SHOES and am super picky about shoes and even more so about dance shoes.
